Big Country House holiday accommodation with an inviting Georgian style, in Lambourn, Berkshire available to hire as an exclusive holiday rental. Cosy yet spacious, perfect for celebrating gatherings. Located in the heart of the Lambourn Downs it provides large, light, charming rooms with accommodation over three floors.
Built in 2002 it has sympathetic Georgian characteristics – open fire, chandeliers, roomy country kitchen and modern facilties such as a games room, ensuites, hot tub, WiFi along with a generous garden adding to the feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
There are 10 light and spacious bedrooms, 2 with ensuite and a further 3 family bathrooms as well as 2 WC’s on the ground floor.
The reception areas include a comfortable sitting room fully equipped with a large Freeview TV to watch a movie together or download your favourite playlist on the bluetooth speaker. The large country kitchen with a long refectory table is ideal for smaller gatherings or for laying out delicious dishes. The elegant dining room which is just off the kitchen seats up to 20 and has French doors to the patio. There’s also a charming games room with a pool table and a seperate cosy snug with Freeview TV.
Ultrafast Fibre optic Broadband Wifi is available throughout the house.
The hot tub and terrace along with a large garden equipped with swings, slide and a Wendy House provide lots of scope for relaxation and fun.
