Our stay at Lambourn House was easy to arrange through Group Accommodation. Iris provided very detailed information and guidance. Where an unusual answer was requested, she acquired this very quickly. It is a lovely quiet setting and we were a large group specifically wishing to spend time together for a large family celebration, it suited us perfectly. The owners were so gracious, the houses and gardens well equipped. Spacious rooms, plenty of seating, the games rooms, the hot tubs, the sauna and fire place too. All doubles can be made up as singles or v.v. which is a great help.
We loved: – the hot tub – the pool table – the wine fridge – large dining room and living room. Very many thanks, a great stay!
We had a great stay at Lambourn House. It felt grander than it seemed on the photos which was lovely and it housed us all perfectly. It was nice to experience country living for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Brilliant large house in a beautiful setting. Really good transport links with the M4 being so close. Our group loved the outdoor space, hot tub and all being under the same roof.
Beautiful house set in a stunning part of the country. We were 22 and the house still felt spacious. Communications with the owners were straight forward and friendly. Would highly recommend the house, it’s suitable for large groups (hen parties) or families.
I just wanted to send a quick email to say a huge thank you for the most enjoyable weekend away at Lambourn House this weekend. We had such an amazing time – the house is so beautiful and a wonderful time was had by all! We particularly loved the resident peacocks – and just how tranquil the area is! What a perfect weekend. Thank you also for the lovely homemade scones and rolls that were left out for us – so sweet of you! Just a perfect weekend spent away. My friend was so pleased and we will have many fond memories!

Thank you for your email. We had a very enjoyable time at Ridgeway House. The kitchen equipment was perfect for us as we all like to cook and all the other facilities were spot on. Evelyn made us very welcome and Eleanor made our stay especially memorable with a lovely walk around the working farm. This is something us townies don’t often get the opportunity to experience. Once the Christmas festivities are over we shall discuss together whether to return next year. In the meantime Bill and I are moving home on 15th December and will be moving from Kent to Wiltshire so our journey to Ridgeway House will be closer for us. Thank you for providing the perfect accommodation for our stay.
